Die britische Politikwissenschaftlerin Monica Horten verweist[5] in ihrem Blog darauf, dass der Fall einen Vorgeschmack auf ?hnliche Verfahren gebe, die mit dem umk?mpften Anti-Piraterie-Abkommen ACTA[6] international hoff?hig werden k?nnten. So sei das aktuelle Urteil in Abwesenheit s?mtlicher Beklagter ergangen, da die Provider nicht vor Gericht erschienen seien. F?r Verfahren wegen Rechtsverletzungen "ohne Anh?rung der anderen Seite" sehe ACTA f?r die Justizbeh?rden der angeschlossenen L?nder die Befugnis vor, auf Antrag hin rasch einstweilige Verf?gungen auszusprechen.
