How is politics influenced by big data, micro-targeting and profiling? The case of the 5 Star Movement in Italy and Brexit in the UK.

I was delighted to be invited by Alexandra Geese to speak at her event last year The focus of the discussion was the micro-targeting of social media users using big data techniques, and the worrying ways in which these techniques have been shown to corrupt our democratic processes.
