It was presented in Brussels on 6 September 2016: "Intermediary Liability & Content Responsibility: A Cloud of Uncertainty for Internet Intermediaries" Panelists were MEP Julia Reda, MEP Julia Reda, Joe McNamee of European Digital Rights (EDRI), and Alex de Joode of Nederland ICT.
